Summary:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: consistently intravenously enter 1-1000 mcl of 1-10% dextran-ferrofluid in the form of nanoparticles in diameter of 20-900 nanometers in Polyglucinum from calculation of not more than 2.92 mg of Fe/kg of weight of an animal and the magnevist in a dose of 3-12 mcl. Perform a magnetic resonance imaging of a body of an animal at T1, T2 weighed gradient-echo sequence. On the basis of results of the visual analysis of the received images diagnose presence of tumours, metastasises and borders of invasion of tumoral cells in healthy tissues. Enter dextran ferrite for 20-40 hours, and magnevist 4-12 minutes prior to carrying out of a magnetic resonance imaging. ^ EFFECT: augmentation of brightness and contrast of images, possibility long time to support contrast of magnitno-resonant image of organs and tissues of animal. ^ 10 ex, 3 tbl, 4 dwg
