Summary: | FIELD: explosive works. ^ SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof cabin contains the cylindrical case, the bottom, a mouth with an internal ring groove, a cover in the form of a glass, radial ring elements, a filter. The bottom is executed flat with conic transition to the case cylinder on an internal flat part of the bottom the reflector of the spherical form is established. One of the lateral surfaces of an internal ring groove of a mouth is flat, and another - the conic form. The cover is executed with an external cylindrical ledge and established tightly in a mouth by means of the sealing elements placed in available ring flutes of a cover. On a cylindrical ledge the ring clamping flat, having an external conic surface is put on and fixed on a cover by means of bolts. The radial ring elements are executed with the flat face surface interfaced to a flat end face of a cover and a flat lateral surface of a ring groove of a mouth, and the conic end face interfaced to a conic lateral surface of the ring groove of the mouth. The internal surface of the radial elements is executed the conic form by which it is interfaced to an external conic surface of a ring clamping. The filter is executed with the central aperture under elements of operational appointment and grooves along the edges under plaits. In a zone of the cylindrical ledge in a cover apertures under elements of operational appointment through passage are executed. ^ EFFECT: expansion of range of application, safety maintenance at transportation, and explosion products are reliably localised in the chamber without environment pollution in dangerous concentration. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
