Method of production of beaten pastry with therapeutic effect includes dough beating out of flour, sand sugar, mlange and other recipe components, its extrusion and baking. The novelty is the following: in dough kneading amaranth flour is used instead of wheat flour, and all raw materials are placed in beating chamber together.
