FIELD: packing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to packing of items and can be implemented in food, fragrance, pharmaceutical, chemical and other branches of industry. The method of items packing comprises covering an item with a blister, locating a padding between a bottom layer and an item, connecting the padding with the bottom layer by means of thermo patching and connecting the padding with the blister by means of ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic frequency at blister to padding connection is from 15 to 45 kHz. A packing for an item is also suggested; the said packing contains a blister with a wall width of 200-600 micrometers, a bottom layer, and padding. The padding is made out of the same material as the blister. At that the width of the padding is from 100 to 20 micrometers. ^ EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of the packing process and upgraded quality of products. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
