Summary:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision in conjunctiva and finding vorticose vein. Vascular episcleral rectangular flap turned with its base towards the limb is cut out. Through incision of deep sclera layers is done in the scleral bed near vascular episcleral rectangular flap base allover its width to the suprauveal space. The vascular episcleral flap is introduced into the suprauveal space. Biomaterial strip sized 7x10 mm is placed over the flap as flattened roller hoof-shaped produced from visceral fascia. The biomaterial is arranged around the suprauveal part of vorticose vein ampoule and single U-shaped suture is placed over scleral wound. ^ EFFECT: enabled local widening of suprauveal space; improved venous discharge from the eyeball; prevented venous wall deformity and cicatricle tissue formation. ^ 6 dwg
