Summary: | FIELD: heat power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to invention, heat system of gas-turbine plant is communicated with heat system of steam-turbine plant with possibility of changing over heat flows from waste-heat boiled and steam extractions from compartment of steam turbine to optimize heat and energy loads by making waste-heat boiled with possibility of cutting off its system water heaters and delivering feed water into steam generator from condenser through waste-heat boiler.
