Summary: | FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed mayonnaise contains vegetable refined deodorized oil, desiccated defatted milk, sodium dihydrocarbonate, musterd powder, table salt, 80 % acetic acid, emulsifier, structure-forming agent, and water.
