Summary:FIELD: technology for manufacturing lightened metal-plastic high pressure gas tanks, possible realization by manufacturing metallic seamless liner. ^ SUBSTANCE: in the method, metallic liner of the tank, having cylindrical part and bottoms, is manufactured in form of separate cocoon, cylindrical part of liner is formed up to given dimensions by cold rotation draw-forming method with ensured thickened parameters in zones of transition to bottoms on both sides, after that metallic liner is subjected to thermal processing to ensure required mechanical properties in all of its cross-sections, and then external surface of cylindrical part of liner is covered in anti-corrosion surface, on cylindrical surface of liner with anti-corrosion surface, reinforcing armoring cover is created of composite material in accordance to method of wet circular winding of threads of armoring material, composed in a ribbon and saturated with binding agent, where winding of the ribbon onto cylindrical part of liner is realized with stretching and overlapping of each coil of ribbon. In metal-plastic high pressure tank, cylindrical part of liner in zones of transition to bottoms has thickened parts on both sides, and anti-corrosion cover is present between reinforcing armoring cover and external surface. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
