Summary:FIELD: hydrodynamics, possibly apparatuses for producing heat due to conversion of energy of turbulence flow of liquids to heat. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes inlet vortex chamber communicated with pump for supplying liquid and with first hydrodynamic cavitation former; outlet vortex chamber communicated through divider respectively with load and feedback duct connected with inlet vortex chamber. After first hydrodynamic cavitation former combined electrodynamics cavitation former having deflector and shell and second hydrodynamic cavitation former are mounted successively. Feedback duct is provided with hydraulic resistance regulator being in the form of deflector whose position relative to outlet cross section of nozzle is regulated by means of magnetic coupling. Inlet vortex chamber is in the form of hydro-mechanical scroll. The last includes ducts operating as Venturi tubes and aerodynamic grids. Deflector and shell of hydraulic electro-dynamic cavitation former serve as electrodes. ^ EFFECT: improved operational reliability of apparatus due to providing optimal operation mode of conversion of kinetic energy of liquid flow to heat. ^ 1 dwg
