Summary:FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: preparation has pharmacologically active compound salt having lipophilic counter-ion and pharmaceutically permissible water-soluble solvent combined into injectable composition. The lipophilic counter-ion is known to be a saturated or unsaturated C8-C22-fatty acid and, in preferable version, saturated or unsaturated C10-C18-fatty acid. When making injection to mammal animal, at least some part of the composition precipitates and releases active compound in time.
