Summary:FIELD: machine engineering, cold forming, namely manufacture of formed heat exchanging plates with corrugated surfaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping sheet blank successively by portions due to action upon blank by means of outer and inner punches and die at reciprocation stroke of press slide. Inner punch is elastic one, it has central and outer parts. At first stroke of press slide outer contour of blank is formed by means of outer punch. Before second stroke of press slide inner punch is operated due to rotating by predetermined angle rotary ring of rotary mechanism.
