Summary: | FIELD: technology for extracting hydrocarbons, possible use in a well with one or several operation objects - formations for increasing efficiency and reliability of operation of fountain, pumping, gas-lifting or forcing single- and multi-packer plant. ^ SUBSTANCE: connector-disconnector contains a body of large diameter, shaft of lesser diameter, pressurizing seal, catching element, shear screws, moveable shell or piston with tail and sealing rings. Body is made in form of non-collapsible guiding unit with lower or lower and upper threads for pipes, internal groove or recess and upper supporting and stopping collars, respectively, for inserting and holding catching element, and lower supporting collar for abutting the shaft, and internal mounting surface for pressurizing seal. Shaft is mounted from above inside the body and is made in form of collapsible unit with upper or lower and upper threads, or upper catching head for rope tool, with one or two internal mounting surfaces for positioning moveable shell, radial channels with stopper and threaded bypass radial apertures for well substance, with lower and upper external grooves or recesses, respectively, for positioning pressurizing seal and catching element or piston, with supporting and stopping collars for catching element and body. Pressurizing seal is positioned on lower groove or recess of shaft, or on tail of piston, is freely or from above spring-loaded with spiral spring and/or interconnected through shear screws to body or tail of piston, or shaft, and is made in form of collet with resilient lower leaves, having one or several external stopping and internal supporting collars, and with upper tail, which has either external groove below lower ends of shear screws of body or upper support for spiral spring, or simultaneously external groove and upper support, and internal groove above upper end of shaft stopper for possible rigid fastening of collet with shaft, or internal supporting collar for stopping piston tail, external stopping collar for abutting against upper stopping collar of body, and is made with or without radial connected channels, while either tail piece of collet is equipped from inside with collapsible holder or threaded ratchet and, respectively, on tail of piston stopping thread is made, for possible downward only movement of piston tail along thread relatively to collet, while either piston on the shaft is positioned inside the cover and its tail is made with stopping and supporting collars for collet leaves and forms upper and lower hydraulic chambers between shaft and body, connected through channels to shaft hollow and/or space behind cover, or moveable shell with constant or varying external profiles is mounted hermetically in, respectively, one or two internal mounting surfaces of shaft and is made in form of sealing or differential piston without or with internal collapsible fastened bushing, for disconnecting shaft from body by axial movement of moveable shell by mechanical impact rope tool or hydraulic check valve, or excessive pressure and, at least, two external upper and lower grooves with similar or different diameters for internal surfaces of compacting rings, between which on moveable shell grooves are present below lower ends of stopper, shear screws and radial threaded bypass apertures of shaft. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of single- and multi-packer plant, expanded area of its possible use in product and force wells with one or several operation objects - formations. ^ 2 cl, 20 dwg |
