Summary:FIELD: fertilizers. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a phosphorus fertilizer with prolonged effect that comprises phosphorus source and iron source. At least 10 wt.-% of phosphorus in fertilizer is water-insoluble matter but it is soluble in neutral ammonium citrate. Fertilizer is prepared in form of granules or tablets. Also, invention relates to a method for feeding acid, iron-depleted forest soils by addition of the indicated fertilizer along the soil. Fertilizer is added by centrifugal method preferably.
