Summary:FIELD: oil production industry, particularly for pulling and running the oil-well tubing. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises docking mechanism made as double-stage coupling sleeve with opened longitudinal mouth for oil-well tubing receiving. Lower coupling sleeve stage may be seated on end of oil-well tubing coupling member and is mated with outer diameter thereof. Upper stage is formed as a funnel with diameter of lesser base defined between coupling sleeve stages corresponding to outer oil-well tubing diameter. Lower stage of docking mechanism is mated with the outer diameter of coupling member along line enclosing more than half of coupling member perimeter. ^ EFFECT: increased yield, improved safety and increased service life of oil-well tubing threads. ^ 3 dwg
