Summary:FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting intermetallide Ni3Al-base alloys and articles making by method of precise casting by melting mock-ups with monocrystalline structure, for example, gas-turbine engine working vanes used in aviation industry. Invention proposes Ni3Al-base alloy and article made of thereof. Alloy comprising aluminum, chrome, molybdenum, tungsten, titanium, carbon, cobalt, rhenium and lanthanum comprises additionally zirconium in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: aluminum (Al), 7.7-8.7; chrome (Cr), 5.0-6.0; molybdenum (Mo), 4.5-5.5; tungsten (W), 2.5-3.5; titanium (Ti), 0.3-0.8; carbon (C), 0.001-0.02; cobalt (Co), 4.0-6.0; rhenium (Re), 1.2-1.8; lanthanum (La), 0.002-0.200; zirconium (Zr), 0.05-0.5, and nickel (Ni), the balance. Applying the proposed alloy enhances safety of gas-turbine working vanes and increases operating life of their work due to enhanced creep limit in the range of temperatures 900-1000°C and small-cycle fatigue at 900°C.
