Summary:FIELD: methods of suspensions dehydration. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of eactant methods of separation of heterogeneous mediums, for example suspensions and may be used in coal-mining, coal-chemical, mining, food and chemical industries, at sewage purification, in construction materials industry at separation of suspensions for a liquid and a solid phases with the further use of the solid phase as a target component. The method provides for treatment of a suspension with two cationic flocculants with the following separation of a solid phase from a liquid phase. At that they preliminary determine a shares of the solid phase in the suspension, then the suspension is in series treated in a device used for stirring with a flocculating agent solution being in the cationic form and having the low molecular weigh and high cationic activity, transfer the suspension in the following device for stirring and in the transfer process or in the second device for stirring treat the suspension with a solution of the second cationic flocculating agent having the high molecular weight and low cationic activity, transfer the treated suspension onto the belt filter-press with the consequent separation of the solid phase. The ratio of the low molecular mass flocculating agent and the high-molecular mass flocculating agent is kept equal to 2:1-1:3. The method ensures increased productivity of the dehydrating equipment at decreased humidity of the settling and the share of the solid phase in the liquid phase. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures increased productivity of the dehydrating equipment, decreased humidity of the settling and the share of the solid phase in the liquid phase. ^ 15 cl, 3 tbl
