Summary:FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical and petrochemical industries, in particular, to a polymeric composition and a method of its production. The method of production of a polymeric composition includes introduction of the maleinized polybutadiene containing from 10 up to 24 mass % of maleinic anhydride into a polymerizate, formed after termination of a synthesis of a block copolymer of A-B-A type and-or a block copolymer of (-B)nX type, where "A" - is a vinylaromatic block, "B" - is a conjugated diene polymeric block, "X" -is a residue of a combining agent, "n" - is an integer equal from 2 up to 4, at a mass ratio of the indicated block of the copolymer and maleinized polybutadiene making 100 : (10-20). After that the target polymeric composition is separated from the reaction mass and dry up to the contents of the volatile impurities is no more than 0.2 mass %.
