Aqueous enzyme-containing liquid is mixed with edible solid carbohydrate-based carrier such as starch, mechanically treated and dried. Granulated enzyme-containing material is useful in animal feed composition production by mixing of feed ingredients with granulated material, steam treatment and briquetting.
