Separate pulmonary artery trunk and right atrium cannulation is carried out. The cannulas are connected to basal main artery circuit. Extracorporal right ventricle bypass is carried out without synchronizing it with cardiac rhythm. After having created all aortocoronary anastomosis, the heart is returned to isotopic position.
