Summary: | FIELD: building material industry, equipment for preparation of mixes for manufacture of foam concrete products. ^ SUBSTANCE: the mixing-grinding plant has a body with intake and discharge devices, and a vertical drive shaft, mixer and a disk grinder all positioned inside the body. The grinder is made in the form of a paddle wheel attached to the body cover with the aid of a vertical passive shaft. The intake device is made in the form of two feeders, respectively for sand and cement, each of them is provided with a closed vessel with a nozzle for feeding of air flow with dispersed material. The nozzles are positioned in the plane of the paddle wheel on the opposite sides relative to the vertical axis of the passive shaft. The disk grinder is fastened on the lower end of the vertical drive shaft and positioned in a bulk vessel in the form of a "turned-over glass" fastened on the body bottom and having inlet pipe connections on the side surface in the plane of the disk grinder for air feeding of the mix of sand and cement. An injector is installed opposite each inlet pipe connection in alignment with it. A hydrator is installed under the bottom of the body with an accumulating-distributing device in the form of a closed cylindrical vessel attached to the body bottom. Sprayers for creation of a drop-vapor screen in the hydrator for mixing it with the sand-cement mix are located on the bottom of the vessel. Aligned holes are made on the side surface of the hydrator and accumulating-distributing device, a pipe-line is passed through them for the supply of water under pressure to the accumulating-distributing device. ^ EFFECT: enhanced activity of cement, quality of agitation. ^ 4 dwg |
