Summary: | FIELD: oil and gas producing industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of combustion of gases and design of torch plant heads. According to proposed method of smokeless combustion of gases in torch pipe comes to be following: gas delivered for combustion is divided into number of main jets directed as angle to axis of torch. Flow of gas to be combusted is divided into number of main round jets with diameter exceeding 5 mm directed tangentially to cylindrical surface coaxial with torch pipe at angle of 25-80o to axis of torch pipe, and number of additional jets are separated from main jets at angle of 0 to 50o to axis of torch pipe. Ejected air flow is swirled by jets of combusted gas and flanges of angle stabilizers - swirlers arranged along main jets of gas. Stabilization of combustion is provided by jets of gas, oblique cuts of main nozzles and angle stabilizers-swirlers. Device for smokeless combustion of gases in torch pipe has burner in form of stopped torch pipe with number of holes into which outlet main nozzles are welded, being arranged tangentially to torch pipe and directed at angle to axis of torch pipe. Main nozzles are made in form of round branch pipes with oblique cuts forming angle of 10-30o with axis of branch pipes and angle of 40-90o with axis of torch pipe. Number of additional nozzles is made along generatrix of branch pipes square to their axes. Diameters of main and additional nozzles exceed 5 mm. Main nozzles are located in planes tangential to cylindrical coaxial with torch pipe and are directed at angle of 35-80o to axis of torch pipe. Additional nozzles are directed to side from axis of torch pipe at angle of 0 to 50o to axis of torch pipe. Angle stabilizers-swirlers with different lengths of flanges are welded along main nozzles, smaller flanges of angle stabilizers-swirlers being parallel to diametric planes of torch pipe, and larger flanges being directed towards axis of torch pipe. ^ EFFECT: provision of smokeless combustion of gas, improved stabilization of combustion. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
