Summary: | FIELD: rocket engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns modifier constituting the base for unsaturated polyester compounds and provides modifier preparation method comprising interaction of 10.00-14.07 wt parts tolylenediisocyante with 76.0-76.8 wt parts low molecular weight polybutadiene rubber for 3 h at 80 until content of isocyanate groups achieves 3.0-4.0% to form urethane prepolymer, whereupon prepolymer reacts with 9.75-13.02% of ethylene glycol monomethacryl ester in presence of 0.18% tin dibutyl dilaurate for 2-7 h at 60. Resulting modifier shows brittleness temperature no higher than -78, rupture strength 120 kg/cm2, relative elongation 49%, and adhesion strength to ballistic fuel. ^ EFFECT: enabled preparation of different compositions ensuring performance of charges within a wide temperature range under heavy-duty conditions. ^ 2 tbl, 8 ex |
