Summary:FIELD: petrochemical processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: process is carried out in flow reactor. Isoprene and hydrogen-containing gas is fed for hydrogenation in the form of mixture formed owing to turbulent movement. Installation comprises flow hydrogenation reactor having isoprene- and hydrogen-containing gas-supply means and hydrogenate-discharge means, and catalyst-accommodating grates. Isoprene- and hydrogen-containing gas-supply means is constructed as hollow cylinder provided with static and/or dynamic turbulization means with, built-in therein, connecting pipe for introducing hydrogen-containing gas located after first turbulization means, said isoprene- and hydrogen-containing gas-supply means being located below lower reactor grate. ^ EFFECT: increased acetylene hydrogenation efficiency, increased yield of isoprene, and reduced consumption of hydrogen-containing gas. ^ 7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
