Summary:FIELD: rotating facility used under various conditions, for example, in home, on exercising ground, as seat in transport, as support for displaying of articles and instruments. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made flat, preferably in the form of disk, and is composed of upper movable member and lower supporting member. Said members are secured with one another for sliding of upper member relative to lower member by means of central pin. Both members are manufactured from flexible resilient material. Contacting surfaces of said members have low friction coefficient. Apparatus has low-weight and small-sized construction allowing seat or support to be rotated. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of usage. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg
