Summary: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed screw has head, damping member, cylindrical surface and treaded profile. Height of thread changes in length of taper threaded profile. Screw is provided with cylindrical groove in which said damping member is stress-fitted at maximum load within o.1-26 kgf/sq.mm. Damping member is of barrel-shaped profile, being capable of turning under action of applied impact loads, and its length exceeds length of cylindrical groove in which it is fitted. Surface of said cylindrical groove is hardened, owing to change of pearlite into austenite, to depth from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. Surface of screw is provided with protective anticorrosive coating of thickness from 5 to 10 mcm. ^ EFFECT: improved wear resistance of screw, possibility of use under any conditions. ^ 2 dwg |
