Summary: | FIELD: medicine, cardiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should register ECG and its first derivative. One should calculate average arithmetic value of local velocity of left ventricular activation by the ratio of maximum amplitude of differential curve of QRS complex to maximum amplitude of QRS complex of common ECG for 5 standard segments of left ventricle. For anterior-basal segment one should apply V3, V4, V7, V8, V9 leads. For anterior-lateral - V3, V4, V5, V6, l, aVL. For top segment - V3, V4, V5. For diaphragmatic segment - 11, 111, aVF. For inferior-basal segment - V7, V8, V9. The method enables to indirectly evaluate the level of sectorial coronary circulation in left ventricle. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 1 tbl |
