Summary:FIELD: production of articles of explosion compositions, namely removing residues of viscous-flow explosion composition out of mixing equipment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of discharging explosion composition from mixer until achieving loads of idle mode for drives of agitating blades and augers of mixer; charging cleaning composition into mixer; agitating it with residues of explosion composition and subsequent discharging of mixture until achieving loads of idle mode; then loading into mixer inert composition on base of potassium chloride and mixture of rubber with technological additives at mass relations (73 -45) : (27 -55) respectively for providing viscosity of inert composition in range (5...50).102 Pa.s; agitating composition in mixer for 10 - 30 min and discharging it until achieving loads of idle mode; loading to mixer cleaning composition on base of crushed rubber, mineral oil, aerosyl and surface active matter -lecithin; Agitating for 10 -30 min in working and reversing directions of agitating blades according to modes selected for explosion material; introducing into mixer 5 -10% of mineral oil (relative to crushed rubber); agitating for 5 -15 min and discharging composition out of mixer until load of idle mode. EFFECT: possibility for effective cleaning of equipment while using working organs of mixer as power source for cleaning process. 2 cl
