Summary:FIELD: chemical industry; production of the mixed rocket solid propellant charges. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of production of the mixed rocket solid propellant charges. The offered method of definition of the equilibrium temperature of the mixed rocket solid propellant charges, in which in the process of measuring of characteristics of a charge being under a thermal action they measure a rocket motor casing deformation in its middle cross-section before its filling with a mixed rocket solid propellant. According to the obtained factor of pressure variation in the closed space of the casing at the change of the charge temperature by 1oC is determined. Then they mould a charge, define an average volume temperature of the charge after molding, as an average value of temperatures measured in 30-60 minutes of the molding, measure a pressure in the rocket motor case in the end of the molding period, determine a value of the pressure change in the rocket motor case owing to a shrinkage of the rocket solid propellant in the polymerization process and on the base of the obtained data calculate the equilibrium temperature of the charge. The invention is aimed to increase accuracy of definition of an equilibrium temperature of a mixed rocket- solid propellant charge.
