FIELD: application of coats on long-cut steel articles by diffusion method; mechanical engineering and construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes heating furnace with working chamber in form of cylindrical retort provided with cover, tilter burden loading-unloading unit made in form of cylindrical reservoir provided with inner fins and neck; device may be tightly fitted into receiving part of retort over outer diameter of neck. Tilter is made in form of swivel frame mounted on two bearing struts for alternate fixation of frame axes against displacement in vertical plane. Swivel mechanism is mounted in center of frame. Diaphragm and separating unit are rigidly mounted in end face of outlet section of neck. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg
