Summary:FIELD: veterinary biology and immunology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing and application of biological preparations for vaccination in animals. The suggested vaccine includes protective antigen of vaccine strain 55 VNIIVV&M at concentration of 17,5±2,5 immunizing doses and alive spores of vaccine strain STI-1 at concentration of 2,5±0,3.107/ml physiological solution. This vaccine is safe and provides tense antitoxic and antimicrobial immunity against anthrax. This innovation could be applied for specific prophylaxis of anthrax in animals.
