Summary:FIELD: paint and varnish industry, polymers. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises epoxy-diane resin, urethane modifying agent, solvent, polyethylsiloxane liquid and amine hardening agent. As urethane modifying agent the composition comprises epoxy-urethane oligomer of the formula: with average molecular mass 1 900 Da and content of active epoxy-groups 6-7%; as amine hardening agent organosilicon diamine that is product of interaction of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and diphenylsilanediol in their mole ratio = 2: 1, respectively, with molecular mass 566 Da and content of active amino-groups 5.7%; or organosilicon diamine that is product of interaction of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and diphenylsilanediol in the mole ratio = 1:1, respectively, with molecular mass 764 Da and content of active amino-groups 4.2%. The definite ratio of components provides preparing coatings eliciting high adhesion and enhanced chemical stability and water-resistance.
