Summary: | FIELD: production of organic mineral compounds, sorbents, flocculants, coagulants, ameliorants, soil conditioning agents and fertilizers, as well as organic mineral agents with surfactants, ion- exchange, chelating, complexing and biologically active agents; engineering ecology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes electrolysis and electrophoresis of liquid-phase alkali medium of humic acid salts obtained through alkali extraction of humites and caustobioliths of carbon series containing humic acid salts and finely dispersed humic mineral particles and complexes for forming humic mineral concentrate on anode surface followed by extraction of target product from electrolyte. Used as liquid-phase alkali medium is aqueous pulp of humic acid salts at content of dry substance up to 12% obtained through alkali extraction of humites and caustobioliths of carbon series containing humic acid salts, hydrated finely and medium dispersed humic mineral particles and complexes whose content reaches 35% of mass of dry substance of pulp. Besides that, electrical floatation of hydrated finely and medium dispersed humic mineral particles and complexes is additionally performed forming target product on anode surface. Ascending floe of pulp is organized; direction of motion of this flow coincided with direction of rotation of anode; foam is evacuated together with used electrolyte and is subjected to physico-chemical destruction. Device proposed for realization of this method includes at least one pair of baths connected with DC source; each pair of baths is just cathode; anodes located in baths are provided with target product removal units; baths are provided with units for delivery of starting electrolyte and discharge of used electrolyte. Besides that, device is provided with at least one initiating unit mounted in used electrolyte discharge unit; it is mounted between each pair of baths with which it is communicated over entire length. Unit for delivery of starting electrolyte is mounted in lower portion of bath and is communicated with its cavity over entire length; maximum angle of mounting does not exceed 45 deg. Device is also provided with unit for removing pulp film from surface of target product; this unit forms cavity together with cover of electrolyte discharge unit whose outer and inner surfaces are coated with heat-resistant sound-absorbing material. EFFECT: avoidance of explosion and fire danger; ease in maintenance; increased productivity; reduced power requirements; improved quality of humic mineral concentrate. 16 cl, 3 dwg |
