Summary: | FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of paste-type dietary products with the use of biologically active substances. SUBSTANCE: dietary product comprises fish farce, hydrolysate produced from marine invertebrates hydrobionts, and binder. Hydrolysate may be rapana meat, or deep-sea scallop cutting wastes, or mussel meat, or gonad squid. Binder comprises mixture of thickeners and stabilizers, vegetable oil and water used in the ratio of 1:1.5:6, respectively. Ready dietary product comprises, per 100 g: protein at least 10%; fat no more than 15%; salt no more than 1.3%; caloricity from 170 to 250 kcal.
