Summary:FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for isolation of amino acids, for example, lysine that can be used in agriculture as fodder addition. Method involves processes of extraction and ultrafiltration of cultural fluid in a single device: in ultrafiltration unit fitted with anisotropic membrane. Flows of cultural fluid and extractant are directed each to other by countercurrent by opposite site of membrane made of hydrophilic polymer and pressure of both flows is maintained at similar value. Extraction of biosynthesis product is carried out on membrane surface with extractant solution in organic solvent. Re-extraction is carried out by passing gaseous or liquid re-extractant through extract followed by separation of biosynthesis product and the following washing out with organic solvent and drying. Economic effect is 50 gr/t of lysine (250 000 gr/year at output 5 000 t of lysine per year). EFFECT: simplified technology, reduced units of equipment and cost of technology. 3 cl, 4 ex
