Summary: | FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to composition of the protective - adhesion sublayer to decrease a diffusion of nitroether plasticizing agent from ballistite solid rocket propellant into the armoring coating made on the basis of cellulose acetate. The sublayer consists of 20 % solution of 4, 4', 4"-triphenylmethanetriizocyanate in dichlorethane. As an adhesion additive is they inject the allyl alcohol in quantity of 0.5-2.0 %. The sublayer is hardened on the surface of the solid fuel cartridge at the temperature of 15-35 C under action of the organotin catalyst - dibutyltindilaurate or dibutyltinacetatepropionate for 0.75-6.0 hours and then they using the pressure die casting deposit the cellulose acetate thermoplastic armoring coating on the solid rocket fuel charge. The protective-adhesion sublayer allows to decrease a diffusion of nitroesters in the armoring coating of the rocket solid fuel in 1.5-2.0 times, to reduce intensity of the solid fuel rocket engine smoke generation by 50 %, to increase hexahloride of the charges by 25 %. EFFECT: the sublayer is intended for armoring charges used for antitank missiles with targeting by the monochromatic beam of IR source of emission. 1 tbl |
