Summary: | FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, possibly formation of three-dimensional complex surfaces of parts such as blades of propellers, working portions of blades of gas -, steam - or hydraulic turbine. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of imparting to tool and to part mutual motion according to condition providing linear contact of initial surface of tool and worked surface; working blade in multicoordinate number program control machine tool; before working representing analytically with use of modular geometry model of complex-shape surface working portion (inlet edge, outlet edge, back edge) of gas turbine blade; using analytical expression of blade working portion for profiling (by knurling) abrasive tool designed for working each module. EFFECT: increased geometry accuracy of shaping blades of gas turbine, improved quality of grinding. 5 dwg |
