Summary: | FIELD: materials handling systems. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at storing and re-loading of said materials. According to proposed method, loose material is loaded into vertical cylindrical storage container, where it is accumulated and storage stored with subsequent unloading. Horizontal conveyor is used installed in upper part of storage. In process of loading spiral conveyor is used transmitting loose into side receiving hoppers, each furnished with adjustable discharge device for loading silage through ports. Unloading of material from storage is carried out through other ports made in cylindrical wall of storage which are located in spiral corresponding to path of spiral conveyor and by means of said spiral conveyor delivering load said horizontal conveyor. Proposed device has spiral conveyor for loading in and unloading loose material from storage, said conveyor being made multidrive and provided with overhead belt. Horizontal belt conveyor is provided with overhead belt also. Storage is furnished with side intake hoppers, each provided with adjustable discharge device to unload spiral conveyor and load material into ports of storage. Ports are made in cylindrical walls of storage to unload material from storage. Said ports are arranged along spiral corresponding to form of path of spiral conveyor of said storage. Ports of hoppers and storage are furnished with controllable gates. Spiral conveyor with overhead belt is provided with tubular guides to suspend belt, each guide being made in form of spatial curve in form of screw line with vertically orientated axis.
