Summary:FIELD: medicine, chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing antiviral and immunomodulating oral preparation amixinum (tilorone dihydrochloride) as capsules and doses 0.125 g and 0.250 g. Methods involves screening powders of amixinum, lactose and calcium or magnesium stearate through sieve with holes diameter 1-1.5 mm followed by weighting and mixing powders. Prepared mass is wetted with 70% ethyl alcohol, moist granulate is screened through sieve with holes diameter 3 mm, granules are dried, powdered and placed into gelatin capsules. Invention provides the development of the novel oral form of drug. EFFECT: simplified method, reduced cost for preparing amixinum. 2 cl
