Summary:FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: oil-polymer resins are obtained by cationic cooligomerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons contained in liquid alkenylaromatic fractions of petroleum product pyrolysis. Cooligomerization is carried out in presence of catalytic complex of anhydrous aluminum chloride with promoter. The latter is mixture of C1-C5-alcohol with carbonyl compound C1- C13 and water at molar ratio AlCl3/alcohol/carbonyl compound/water (10.0-98.0): (0.9-5.2): (1.77.0): 1. Unsaturated hydrocarbons involved are represented by partially purified monomer-containing fraction containing moisture and nonremovable mixture of carbonyl compounds: benzaldehyde, acetophenone, benzophenone, and anisic aldehyde (these impurities are taken into account in above-given molar ratio. EFFECT: increased yield, softening temperature, and atmosphere resistance. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
