Summary: | FIELD: rocketry; methods of inhibiting solid-propellant charges. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on use of acetyl-cellulose and ammonium nitrate containing beta-2.4 dinitrophenoxyethanol; proposed method includes application of protective layer on surface of charge by two-time varnishing with solution of acetyl-cellulose inhibiting compound mixed with acetone and dioxane followed by application of heat- protective coat on base acetylcellulose by wrapping the charge over spiral with heat protective coat on base of acetyl-cellulose in form of calibrated tape. Proposed method excludes mechanical treatment and additional application of urethane inhibiting coat. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 1 tbl |
