Summary:FIELD: medicine, obstetrics, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out electrophoresis of uterine adnexa with mud extract at the background of medicinal, symptomatic therapy. Simultaneously and additionally, one should affect through vagina with alternating magnetic field by gradually increasing the frequency of scanning impulse from 1 to 10 Hz, at 8-15 procedures/course. As mud extract one should apply 3%- aqueous solution of dry mud extract named "Esobel". EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
