Summary: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: compressor is designed for delivery of gas under high pressure. Proposed compressor contains rigidly interconnected opposite cylinders with pistons secured on common rod to form gas and hydraulic spaces. Pump is connected through distributor with hydraulic spaces. Limit switches are coupled with pistons in their extreme positions. Each hydraulic space is furnished with telescopic bushings, inner and outer ones, spring-loaded relative to end face of cylinder and installed for limited axial displacement. End face of piston is provided with ring step engaging with end face of inner bushing to form variable-volume chamber. Outer bushing is installed for engagement through end face with limit switch. Inner bush8ing is spring-loaded relative to outer bushing. Outer bushings are provided with radial holes, and cylinders have channels to communicate hydraulic space with variable-volume chamber. Radial holes are made for partial overlapping with channels. EFFECT: reduced time taken for changing-over distributor, thus preventing pulsation at outlet and cavitation at pump inlet. 4 cl, 2 dwg |
