Summary: | FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molded refractory alloys and products obtained by precision molding technique according to smelted master forms. Alloy is designed for molded parts of fuel combustion chambers of turbine engines, high- temperature fastening in aircraft engines, and for thread gripping members of high-temperature machines serving for stating-loading long-term strength and creeping tests. Invention provides nickel-based alloy containing, wt %: aluminum 8.0-9.0, chromium 5.0-6.0, molybdenum 2.5-3.5, tungsten 4.5-5.5, titanium 1.2-2.0, carbon 0.12-0.15, zirconium 0.005-0.04, and yttrium 0.3-0.4. Alloy and products therefrom show elevated heat resistance at 1100 and 1250 C, short-term strength within this temperature range, and elevated compression resistance. EFFECT: 10-12- fold increased operation resource in aircraft area and increased accuracy when using alloy in the form of thread gripping members. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex |
