SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil functional food product comprises refined deodorized vegetable oil and edible plant phospholipids produced by electromagnetic processing thereof. Ratio of biologically active fractions in phospholipids of phosphatidylcholines (PHCH): phosphatidyl-inositols (PHI):phosphatidylserines (PHS): phosphatidylethanolamines (PHEA) is (2.40-3.0):(0.30-0.60): (1.15-1.60): (1.80-2.25). Product further comprises carbonic acid extract of brandy mint. Components are used in predetermined ratio. Said product may be used as common food or as additional functional food providing therapy for psychoemotional disturbances, nervous and cardiovascular system diseases.
