Summary: | FIELD: biology, medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied for predicting life duration in individuals. The method deals with preliminary heating serum samples at 90 C for 30 min, precipitating clotted proteins due to centrifuging and application of supernatant into culture of syngeneic cells followed by incubation for 72-96 h at 37 C in CO2 atmosphere and calculating cells after incubation process.
