Summary:FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field for preparing emulsion synthetic rubbers. Method of isolation is carried out by cascade scheme including coagulation devices and washing device in acid medium by addition of organic amine coagulating agent and anti-agglomerating agent taken among group: CaCl2, MgCl2, bischofite in feeding: anti-agglomerating agent to pulp zone, to upper part of the first coagulation device or into the second coagulation device and/or into washing device up to its concentration in feeding device 0.004-0.200 wt.%, sodium hydroxide or potassium or sodium carbonate into washing device up to pH value of washing water 4-8 U; in the case of feeding anti-agglomerating agent into the first or the second coagulation devices or into washing device additional addition of NaCl into washing device to its concentration in washing water 0.004-0.200 wt. % is possible. Invention ensures to enhance technological effectiveness and output of process of salt-free isolation of synthetic rubbers, standardize qualitative indices of rubbers by organic acid soaps and vulcanization rate.
