Summary: | FIELD: oil industry, preparation of oil with recovery of light fractions from tanks. SUBSTANCE: this technology includes running off of light fractions by jet of fluid delivered by pump into ejector with subsequent separation of mixture into gas and fluid, pumping of separated fluid for ejection and direction of separated gas into gas pipe-line. Ejector is set in operation and switched off periodically. First activation creates vacuum in vacuum accumulator in front of intake chamber of ejector. Constant pressure is maintained in tanks above level of oil by way of disposal of light fractions into vacuum accumulator through pressure controller. When ejector stops intake chamber of ejector is shut off from vacuum accumulator and light fractions are subjected to vacuum separation in vacuum accumulator before ejection with periodic removal and utilization of fallen condensate. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of entrapment. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
