Summary:FIELD: nuclear fuel preparation. SUBSTANCE: proposed method used for producing powdered uranium oxides from raw powders with different concentration of uranium-235 to prepare nuclear fuel includes production of powder with desired uranium- 235 content by mixing up raw powdered uranium isotopes whose uranium-235 content is lower than desired value and raw powdered uranium isotopes whose uranium-235 content is higher than desired value. To this end capability of producing powder with desired uranium- 235 content from mentioned raw powdered uranium isotopes is pre- determined by calculations using expression given in description of invention. Powders are conveyed to mixing area in amount found from mathematical formulas provided condition of mentioned expression is satisfied. This facilitates control of uranium-235 concentration at the same time holding uranium-232 concentration at permissible level.
