Summary:FIELD: concrete preparation technology. SUBSTANCE: method refers to procedures establishing mortar separation of sulfuric concrete mixtures under dynamic loads and can be utilized for comparison of various versions of compositions, of technological processes of manufacture, for test of quality and correction of composition of sulfuric concrete. Method establishing mortar separation of sulfuric concrete mixtures by computation of mortar separation index consists in formation of specimen of sulfuric concrete mixture, in its mechanical division into upper and lower parts and in its weighing. Prior to division formed specimen with temperature of 150- 160 C is cooled to temperature of 18-22 C. After mechanical division geometrical dimensions of both parts of specimen are measured and their average density is calculated. After this mortar separation index is computed by formula Im.s = Puc/Plc, where Puc/Plc are average densities of upper and lower parts of sulfuric specimen correspondingly. EFFECT: more accurate establishment of mortar separation index of sulfuric concrete mixtures.
