Summary: | FIELD: heating living, public and industrial rooms. SUBSTANCE: for heating the rooms, use is made of preheated window sills and vertical side jambs of door recesses, preheated under-sill panels and vertical wall panels located in lower portion. Temperature of front surfaces of heaters are so selected that their infra-red radiation should be of maximum intensity within range of wave length from 8 to 10 mcm corresponding to maximum efficiency of heat exchange of organism of human being with surrounding medium. Thus, temperature of front surface of sill is selected within temperature range of from 25 C to 40 C; temperature of front surface of side jambs of window and door recesses, temperature of front surface of door sills, temperature of front surface of sills and wall panels is selected within temperature range from 25 C to 55 C. To enhance intensity of infra-red radiation and to obtain the required design, front surfaces of heaters are coated with natural or artificial stone or ceramic tiles. Air heated by preheated sills and preheated vertical side jambs of window recess, heat-insulating shield consisting of dry air at increased dew point and low heat conductivity where convective flows are practically absent, thus excluding sweating and freezing of lower portion of window. Said method ensures saving of energy required for heating the rooms by 20 to 30%. EFFECT: enhanced ecology of heated rooms; enhanced comfort and efficiency. 3 cl |
